The Aged Care Innovation Hub is a community of practice built on the commitment of its member organisations to improve care. By working together using evidence based approaches, we are building next generation care, sharing cost, learnings and talent.
The Innovation Hub welcomes potential new members and invites those interested to contact us.
Potential members are asked to consider the following requirements:
- A Demonstrated Commitment to innovation
- A Demonstrated Commitment to improving Quality of Life Outcomes for Older Australians
- Demonstrated delivery of High Quality Care
- Demonstrated responsible and sustainable financial management
- A willingness and capacity to engage in community of practice development
- A willingness to work in partnership with Older Australians to co-design better service.
- Are a care or support service for Older Australians primarily based in Australia
- Supports or expands the diversity of the Innovation Hub and the communities they support.
These requirements are considered in the context of the organisations size, resources and location, we encouraging organsations large and small, metro, rural and regional to talk with us about working together.
The Innovation Hub was developed by collaboration between not-for-profit organisations, but this is not a requirement (the constitution has a provision to allow for-profit entities) with two having been members in the past.
The Innovation Hub is a member funded not-for-profit charity.
If you support Older Australians, are committed to collaborating and sharing what you do better than most and are willing to work to help build next generation care, come talk to us.
