Governance Lead - CEO Resthaven

Resthaven is a South Australian not-for-profit aged care community services associated with the Uniting Church in Australia. I commenced in the role of CEO in June 2020, having worked previously on the Executive team and the Board. Resthaven offers the full range of aged care service options, from independent retirement living, basic support to complex care at home, and 24 hours a day, seven days a week residential aged care and respite at twelve residential aged care homes. Resthaven has over 4,000 staff, delivering services to around 15,000 individuals across 60 locations in metropolitan and regional South Australia.

I hold a Master of Business Administration and am a Fellow of CPA Australia. I am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, where I achieved an Order of Merit. Prior to my current role I predominately held senior corporate services and finance roles.

I joined the Aged Care Innovation Hub Board in June 2020. It has been pleasing to see the evolution of the Hub over the past few years, with new members joining, and the organisation going national.

The Aged Care Innovation Hub provides a wonderfully unique group of providers with a commitment to innovation and improving outcomes for older people.
